Cancellation Policy - For your child’s first appointment, the full fee is paid at the time of booking. For all other appointments following, payment is required on the day of the appointment. You will receive a confirmation text message one week prior to your appointment.
If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. If your child’s first appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice, the full fee will be charged. For following appointments, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.
If two consecutive cancellations are made then it is at the Child Development Clinic’s discretion to request that fees are prepaid for future appointments.
